Scalability begins first within the ProAct solution itself and is further supported by the ability to distribute load within the platform and stack components.  Security is supported at a number of levels including data encryption in transit and at rest (https/ftps), SSL certification, single sign on, 2 factor authentication and more. Data and environment resilience is supported through multi-server or multi-zone mirroring options and data access is further protected by specific role based user restrictions.

Cloud based hosted deployment

For clients with limited IT resources or wishing to get running quickly ProAct offers fully managed solution hosting. This is available irrespective of what type of license you purchase. ProAct provides and manages hosting through the use of the Amazon AWS EC2 service. This provides a highly secure, resilient and reliable platform on which to host the ProAct solution and adheres to a host of compliance programmes.

The hosted model can be used as a long term solution or as an interim solution with a view to porting to an on-premise model.  All hosted solutions are fully managed by ProAct and most environments include PRODUCTION and UAT environments.

On premise client deployment

ProAct’s primary offering is a managed hosted solution. Our hosted solutions are provided via Amazon AWS and come with all the security, resilience and flexibility that a hosted solution can offer. A hosted solution is also the fastest way to hit the ground running with any new solution deployment. Where clients prefer to deploy the solution on-premise, ProAct offer a transition path to an on-premise solution. This includes assistance in sizing the environment, certifying technology stack components, installing and testing. Ongoing support is then provided to the client’s IT department as needed.
