ProAct International attains ISO 27001 Security Information Management accreditation.

ProAct International is proud to announce that its has attained the ISO 27001 Security Information Management accreditation.

The ISO27001 accreditation is to us not simply a badge, but primarily a platform for ProAct to enhance its security culture and heighten the awareness of all employees to the threats around us. ISO 27001:2013 is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company and client information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. In parallel with ISO 27001, ProAct has also upgraded its ISO 9001 accreditation to the latest version, ISO 9001:2015.

In order to support ISO 27001, ProAct has appointed a dedicated Information Security Manager who is now an integral part of the ISO audit team. Whilst we believe this move will strengthen ProAct’s own business processes, we also hope it will be seen by both new and existing clients as a clear demonstration of ProAct’s commitment to security and the level of priority give assign to it.

Accreditation is however only the beginning, the real hard work starts now ……..
