ProAct International is  an equal opportunities employer, committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants. We incorporate equality into our core objectives, making every effort to eliminate discrimination and develop positive working relationships between all of our team members.

Headquartered in beautiful North Wales, just off the major A55 expressway at St Asaph, we are about an hour from the major cities of Manchester and Liverpool, with both also serving as our local airports for any international travel. The A55 is also the main UK route for crossing to Dublin, Ireland with the port of Holyhead less than an hour away.  Our offices are also well within an hour of some of the finest coastlines, beaches, national parks, climbinghiking, watersports, skiing and outdoor sports and leisure in the UK with the Snowdonia National Park less than 30 miles away. An ideal location for those that value the outdoor sports and leisure scene or just want to chill out and enjoy great scenery.

Our clients are major global corporations and our projects based in Europe, North America and Asia. Whilst in today’s world we travel less than we once did, the opportunity (based on role) to travel is also available.  In addition to ProAct International, we work closely with our regional companies ProAct Europe (based in Hamburg) and ProAct Americas (based in Atlanta).

We have provision for hybrid office/home working and offer nationally competitive salaries. We promote based on performance and merit, rather than just length of service, so there’s always the potential to progress rapidly within the business.

Whilst having the right skillsets is an important factor in any job role, ProAct values a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong team ethic even more.  At ProAct, you will be a important member of a close knit, dynamic team working on high profile, sophisticated supply chain projects and gaining valuable experience along the way.  As an SME,  ProAct gives you the opportunity to flex your role and get involved in other departments and areas of the business.  The opportunity to see the bigger picture is often far more rewarding than being pigeon holed solely in a single role.

ProAct opportunities fall into the following roles;  Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA & Testers, Technical Infrastructure and Support Engineers. Experience in the supply chain, logistics or automotive logistics are all benefits, but not essential.
