Our experience will ensure that each project is clearly defined, expertly managed and most importantly, is successful. Our heritage will ensure that our customer care and commitment is constant throughout the life-cycle of the project and beyond.

Our project management philosophy is built upon our own in-house ‘tailor made’ methodology which has its roots in the common practices of Prince 2 and the PMI Body of Knowledge. Our tried and tested blueprint for success progresses the project team through each phase of the implementation process.

Resources typically assigned to a project team include a Programme Manager, who acts as the single point of contact for the client, a Senior Project Implementer, a Technical Architect, a Solutions Trainer and Application Test Engineers. Each project is overseen by a Company Director who may also reside on the Project Steering Board.
