Our project management philosophy is built upon our own in-house ‘tailor made’ methodology which has its roots in the common practices of Prince 2 and the PMI Body of Knowledge. Our tried and tested blueprint for success progresses the project team through each phase of the implementation process. Resources typically assigned to a project team include a Programme Manager, who acts as the single point of contact for the client, a Senior Project Implementer, a Technical Architect, a Solutions Trainer and Application Test Engineers. Each project is overseen by a Company Director who may also reside on the Project Steering Board. |
