During the second half of 2009, ProAct International will in partnership with Rail Car Management Inc (RMI) based in Atlanta, Georgia begin to offer a full Software as a Service (SaaS) based usage model for its applications. This will be primarily aimed at the North and South American markets but may be also available to customers outside the region. Deployed within RMI's state of the art data centre in Georgia, ProAct solutions will be available to customers through wholly browser based access via the internet or dedicated VPN. All existing functionality will be available and a variety of commercial models will be offered to ensure its viability to all customers.
